You simply enter your weight, height, age, and activity level, and it will tell you how many calories you need to consume a day to sustain your healthy weight. Once calculated, we recommend you round down if needed to the closest meal plan.
For example, if your TEE is 1,855 calories, you should start with the 1,800 calorie Optimal Health 3 & 3 Plan. If you feel hungry or continue to lose weight, increase your calorie intake to 1,900 calories.
