What if I am hungry?

If you’re hungry, have an extra Fueling or a couple additional grams of lean protein (e.g., 1 hard boiled egg, 30-50g lean protein, etc.). It’s better to have an extra Fueling than to go off your program entirely. Within a few days, these symptoms will disappear, leaving you feeling energized and confident.
