Returns & Refunds

At OPTAVIA, we believe you can live the best life possible. We know that requires a healthy you, and complete satisfaction with your purchase and your experience. Subject to the below terms, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please return your product within 60 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees).

Once we receive your return, we will process the request within 10 business days to ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner. We recommend retaining proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained from a member of our Client Support Team at 800-321-1188 (toll free dialing from Singapore)* or http://answers-sg.OPTAVIA.com/help/contact-us 
  • Refunds are available on consumable products and blenders only. Simply place all fuelings in their original box when returning.
  • Any free promotional items you may have received with your order are yours to keep and do not qualify for a refund.
  • All return postage fees are the responsibility of the Client.
  • Refunds will only be applied to the credit card account which was used to make the original purchase.
  • All returned products shall be sent to a designated address in Singapore; returns will not be accepted at OPTAVIA’s Singapore office.

Package Refusal Policy

S$20.00 will be deducted from your refund if you refuse your shipment. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages en route to us.
