We do not recommend substituting a Fueling for the Lean & Green meal for two primary reasons:
- The Lean & Green meal provides essential calories, healthy fat, protein, fiber, and other nutrients that differ from the nutritional makeup of our Fuelings. Take, for example, the healthy fat component of the Lean & Green meal. Incorporating a dose of healthy fat each day is an important part of your meal plan because it helps your body absorb vitamins like A, D, E, and K and helps your gallbladder work properly. Our Fuelings do not provide the same amount of healthy fats as the Lean & Green meal. That is just one example. The Lean & Green meal also provides the right balance of calories, carbohydrates, and protein to fuel your body while entering a gentle but efficient fat burning state. In addition, the meal provides volume to keep you feeling full and satisfied.
